Small, newly renovated hotel in a clean, Location is great. location is excellent. cozy clean and comfortable. reception is very polite staff. in general - everyone at the hotel is very friendly, at every meeting is interested in what to help. room is in perfect condition. Everything is good - plumbing, bed, climate control, design, noise insulation. Even if you are very much looking for flaws, they just do not exist. design of the room (super 303) is very nice, immediately adjusts to the right wave. For perfectionist - rest for the eyes. There is no scratch on the furniture or shabby carpet - all new, all fresh, everything works perfectly. bathroom is comfortable. Towels, slippers, washing-up supplies - everything is fine. Asked for slippers when checking in - the concierge was a little surprised that "slipers" are not in the room, quickly brought, it turned out that everything was in the room, I just did not see. it turned out that it was leaking, full, assortment for 4 stars is even excessive. girl who serves breakfast is very neat and friendly, hard. hall looks stylish, it's nice. All equipment (coffee machine, shelves with heating and cooling, etc. - everything new. Breakfasts are served in the basement floor (as in most hotels in the center). Room with good design, well thought out. atmosphere is quiet, everyone says hello at the meeting, no fuss and shoving, at the same time there are no more than 2-3 people in the room. For someone. it may come as a surprise that the hotel is small, for me. it's a huge advantage, general feeling is very pleasant. We feel welcome guests. lot of attention from the staff, as if we are alone here and all work only for us),

This place has well-decorated rooms with very cozy beds and offers a wake-up service, located conveniently near Place de la Madeleine.

Nice & quiet hotel, friendly staff, very good location, quiet street with very good restaurants, and close to Champs-Élysées & the wonderful shops of Paris (e.g. Galeries Lafayette), parking close by (they park your car and fetch it for you, I prefer to do it myself but they were very friendly).

Smallest lavatory pan I've ever seen (almost like the historic hole in the ground...) Taking a shower was hard because of the constant temperature-change.

The property is little and incredibly beautiful and the staff is accommodating. Make sure to get family room with a french window, a therapeutic shower, as for instance. They have complimentary beverages in the downstairs bar.

Great location, near shops, cafes, and a metro station. Clean room with luxurious decor and nice bathroom. Polite, helpful staff who speak English. Nespresso machine, kettle, and complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. Walking distance to major attractions, dining, and shopping.

Can smell people smoking outside when we were in our room. Should be clear on smoking policy and impose heavy fine.

Free water bottles and chocolates, close to restaurants and transport links. Two minutes from the conference center, which was very convenient.

Very dated decor, carpets smelled of smoke, and air conditioning was very noisy and barely worked. Room was quite cramped and the bathroom was tiny.

First class location, the most comfortable bed and facilities experienced with hotels of equivalent tariffs during our stay. The Hotel had friendly and efficient staff who went well beyond any reasonable expectations with respect to the assistance they provided to us two non French speaking guests.

The hotel is cute and clean, with great staff. It has a downstairs bar. The location is super convenient, right next to various sights, an opera house, and a gallery. There are restaurants and cafés nearby.
